Returns & Refunds Policy

 

At GEAR Attachments, our products are manufactured and/or configured to order based on the customer’s selected machine size, specifications and requirements.

 

Change of Mind Returns

As our products are custom made or made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection by the customer, or where a customer no longer requires the product after an order has been placed. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all machine details, sizing, measurements and other information supplied to GEAR Attachments are correct before manufacture. Once manufacture has commenced, orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled or changed. Any request to alter an order after manufacture has commenced will be considered at GEAR Attachments’ discretion and may incur additional costs.

 

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty, damaged, does not match the agreed specifications, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact GEAR Attachments as soon as reasonably possible. We may request photographs, videos or other information to help assess the issue. Where required under the Australian Consumer Law, GEAR Attachments will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and nature of the issue.

 

Custom Specifications

GEAR Attachments manufactures products based on the specifications and information supplied or approved by the customer. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect machine information, measurements or specifications supplied by the customer. Please ensure all details are checked carefully before confirming your order.
